Cardio! My SIL challenged me on Fitbit to Weekend Warrior (get the most steps in a weekend) and I REALLY UPPED MY GAME. I usually get half of those steps a day.
Everything will be O.K.
I was feeling a little down because I didn’t follow my work out schedule to a T. You know what? THAT’S FINE! I like when I do things perfect and follow a program (which I have never done because the second I slip, I quit) Not this time! I simply made it my rest day and moved on. Life happens. I wasn’t expecting to have horrid anxiety that would make me want to do nothing. These days will happen, and I’m learning to be okay with it.
So I want to do a comparison. I registered this year for the Bubble Run on 6-11-17.
This was me last year at The Color Run on 7-10-16. I haven’t lost any weight or gained any (maybe 3-5lbs either way).
I’ve been eating well and doing the Daily Burn thing for a week. My goal is to have a noticeable difference between these pictures and the Bubble Run in June.
6 months of exercise and dieting should show a difference…. right?
Fitblr role call!
January is almost over! Who is still here and kicking butt? Reblog if you’re an active fitblr/health/weightloss blog so we can all follow each other and stay motivated!
